1. OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY

1.1 Paramaz carries out its own e-commerce activity exclusively with regard to end users who are end consumers.

1.2 The essential characteristics of the products are presented on www.paramaz-paris.com à l’intérieur des fiches produits. Les images et les couleurs des produits mis en vente sur www.paramaz-paris.com may not match actual colors depending on the internet browser and screen used.

1.3 By “end consumer(s)” we mean any natural person who operates for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity that may be carried out. If you are not an “end consumer”, we invite you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions on www.paramaz-paris.com

1.4 Paramaz reserves the right not to process orders from any person who is not an “end consumer” or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy as defined herein.

• HOW TO CONCLUDE A PURCHASE CONTRACT WITH PARAMAZ?  

2.1 To conclude the contract for the purchase of one or more products on www.paramaz-paris.com, you must complete the electronic order form and send it to www.paramaz-paris.com par voie télématique, en suivant les instructions fournies.

2.2 The order form includes a link to the “General Conditions of Sale”, information on the essential characteristics of each of the products ordered and the price relating to it, the terms and delivery times of the products purchased.

2.3 The purchase contract is deemed to have been concluded at the time when Paramaz returns, electronically, the validation of your order, once the accuracy of the data relating to the order has been verified.

2.4 Before purchasing the products, by submitting the order form, you are asked to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale and to validate them.

2.5 Before submitting the order form, you are also asked to detect and correct any data entry errors.

2.6 The transmission of orders to Paramaz must be carried out in French or English.

2.7 In the event that the products, presented on www.paramaz-paris.com, would no longer be available in stock, Paramaz will offer you the product on order, if you refuse this option Paramaz will cancel the order, however no payment will be made.

2.8 By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with Paramaz. If you do not agree with any of the terms set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, we ask you not to transfer your order form for the purchase of products to www.paramaz-paris.com.

• GUARANTEE

3.1 Sur www.paramaz-paris.com exclusively Paramaz brand products, a luxury and premium brand, are on sale.

3.2 Paramaz does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products.

3.3 The products benefit from the legal guarantee against all consequences of defects or hidden faults as defined by European directive 1985/374 EEC.

3.4 The warranty applies for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

3.5 The warranty is limited to the value of the item and is only valid if the product is used for its intended purpose and under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, improper use, friction, exposure to extreme temperatures, inks, acids, solvents and chemicals. It also does not cover damage caused by third parties, such as during transport.

3.6 In order to benefit from the product warranty, it is essential to contact Paramaz by email to obtain prior agreement from Paramaz. Your request regarding the item under warranty will be processed within 72 business hours, and a response will be provided to you by email within this timeframe. No product under warranty will be accepted by Paramaz without prior agreement by email from Paramaz.

3.7 However, if the product cannot be repaired, an exchange will be made. The exchange of goods sold will only be ensured to the extent of our possibilities or those of the manufacturers. The fidelity of colors (leather, fabrics, etc.) cannot be guaranteed. The exchange will be made within twelve (12) weeks from receipt of the defective goods. If it is not possible to replace or repair the product, a refund of the value of the goods on the date of purchase will be made.

3.8 The buyer will return defective goods at his own expense, accompanied by proof of purchase with the date. Transport costs will be reimbursed by Paramaz (by bank transfer within a maximum period of thirty days) up to a maximum of fifty euros including VAT (€50) upon presentation of the invoice. Return costs will be covered by Paramaz.

• AFTER-SALES SERVICE

4.1 However, if the warranty is not applicable (product warranty conditions above) Paramaz undertakes to provide after-sales service for products purchased on www.paramaz-paris.com at your expense. First, you must send us an email describing the problem. We will send you a quote and only carry out repairs after receiving your approval. The product will be sent to us, repaired, and returned to you at your expense.

• PAYMENTS

5.1 In case of payment by credit/debit card, financial information (e.g. credit/debit card number or expiry date) will be transferred, by means of an encrypted protocol, by Paramaz to the bank that provides the services related to remote electronic payment, without third parties being able to have access to it under any circumstances. Such information, moreover, will never be used by Paramaz, except to complete the procedures related to your purchase or to issue refunds in the event of possible returns of products in accordance with the right of withdrawal, or, in the event that it is necessary to prevent or report to the competent authorities the occurrence of fraud on paramaz-paris.com.

5.2 The price for the purchase of the products, as indicated on the order form, will be debited from your current account upon validation of the order by Paramaz (please refer to 2.3)

5.3 Product prices may be subject to updates. Please check the final sale price before submitting the order form.

• DELIVERY

6.1 Our items in stock will be delivered to you within fifteen (15) days from the actual receipt of payment.

6.2 For a custom purchase, it takes on average four (4) weeks for collection in the workshop and one (1) week for shipping, i.e. a period of five (5) weeks. Depending on the availability of leathers and the occupancy of the workshops, the deadlines may be shortened and you will be kept informed. If this deadline must be extended, you will be informed within fifteen (15) days following validation of the order, if the additional period does not suit you, you can then cancel your order and be fully reimbursed.

• RIGHT TO WAIVER

7.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of quatorze (14) jours from receipt of your order.

7.2 In this case, you must return the products to Paramaz by a carrier of your choice within seven (7) days following the date on which you received them.

7.3 When using the carrier of your choice to return the products, we thank you for sending the Paramaz product(s) to the following address: 8, Place Saint-Sulpice 75006, PARIS, FRANCE. The transport of the products will then be under your sole responsibility and at your expense, including in the event of loss or damage to the products.

7.4 In addition to compliance with the deadlines and procedures described in Articles 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3, the return of the products, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, is considered to have been carried out correctly if the following conditions are fully respected: * the Return Form is correctly completed and sent to Paramaz; * the product must not have been worn, modified or damaged; * the products must be returned whole and unused in their original packaging with the seal * the returned products must be given to the carrier of your choice within seven (7) days following the date on which you received them.

7.5 If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in this article 7, Paramaz will take the necessary steps to make the reimbursement within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the exercise of this right.

• APPLICABLE LAW

8.1 These online sales conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current French legislation, Paramaz is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.

9.1 Data collected

We only collect the data necessary to process your order, manage customer relations and, if you have consented, to send commercial communications: surname, first name, address, email, telephone number, IP address, order history.

9.2 Use of data

Personal data is used exclusively for:

• process your orders and deliveries,
• contact you if necessary (after-sales service, order tracking, etc.),
• respond to your requests,
• inform you about brand news, if you have consented to this.

9.3 Cookies
