PARAMAZ is the first leather atelier in Paris to unite a boutique and café under one roof, located at 25 Rue Hérold in the first arrondissement. Founded by Hagop Markarian, a Lebanese-born Armenian leather craftsman who learned the trade at a young age in his family’s leather and shoe workshop in Beirut, PARAMAZ weaves together the soul of Beirut’s traditional workshops, the finesse of Armenian craftsmanship, and the effortless elegance of French design. Dedicated to preserving cultural heritage, PARAMAZ blends traditional savoir-faire with contemporary design. At PARAMAZ, craftsmanship and creativity meet, inviting visitors to step behind the scenes of the working atelier, discover how each piece is made, and enjoy a coffee.
